BAY AREA MESHCORE

Public Channels

Last updated:

MeshCore supports topic-based public channels — named spaces where people can have focused conversations separate from the default public channel. The default public channel is where most general activity happens, but channels let the community organize around specific topics, locations, and interests without cluttering the main feed. Note that public channels are not encrypted.

You have a few options for how to join our Bay Area channels:

Primary Channels

Public

8b3387e9c5cdea6ac9e5edbaa115cd72

The default channel where most activity and chatting happens. The mesh water cooler. Try and avoid using the public channel for testing, we have #test for verifying mesh connectedness.

#test

9cd8fcf22a47333b591d96a2b848b73f

Testing the mesh itself. Best place to determine if your messages are getting out. Send test as a message and one of the bots will respond automatically to verify.
